“It’s a privilege working for Unite for Health which has an outstanding and heart touching vision to improve the health and lives in underserved communities. It’s a challenge to lead especially in this time of Covid-19 pandemic.”
WE also reach out to the CommunitY
Unite for Health partners with Cameroon’s Ministry of Public Health to expanded mass immunizations by conducting door-to-door vaccinations. We also distribute food and vitamin supplements to malnourished children.
We conduct outreach programs to screen for serious non-communicable diseases like cervical and breast cancer, diabetes, hypertension and obesity – and teach people how to manage their conditions. We also screen for H.I.V. and Hepatitis B & C
We educate people wherever we go on public health challenges like typhoid, malaria, birth control and Covid-19.
“Working hand in glove with the administration to completely eradicate Covid-19, and raise awareness on the preventative measures, is heart touching for me.”
